OPPOSITE SEASONS

Uruguay is a beautiful place to visit year round with four mild seasons. The summer is during the opposite months of North America and Europe (December-March). The winter is cool, but it never snows, and there are lots of sunny days.

There are no climatic variations between regions in Uruguay. Average daytime temperatures are in the 80s in the summer (December-March) and in the 50s in winter (June-August).
